Typically with a fence inspection we allow customers to send pictures of the installation prior to scheduling the onsite inspection to catch minor discrepancies. We have found that this simple step allows customers to save money on and avoid reinspection fees. The other guys won’t tell you this.

You are welcome to but are not required to be onsite as long as the area needing inspection is accessible. Gate codes, lockbox codes, and other special instructions are appreciated in the “Special instructions” box of the request form.

24-48 hours is plenty of time. We are typically onsite next business day depending on availability on the schedule, but we will reach out with scheduling details soon after receiving the request and payment confirmation on our end.

Reinspection fees are charged as a supplemental inspection and can be scheduled as soon as the items needing correction are complete. We encourage customers to schedule a call and ask questions regarding their inspection prior to scheduling.

It will have to be uncovered at the contractors expense for inspection so please do not cover the work performed until it has been approved.

It is not uncommon for plans to change during the construction phase, so we do not mind, but depending on the changes an engineer may be required to be involved should the work performed go above the limitations of the adopted building code. Always consult with your Engineer of Record prior to making structural changes.

Typically, inspection results are sent to the customer via email before the inspector leaves the jobsite.
