Electrical Underground Inspection – After all below finished grade (underground) electrical conduit and gas lines have been installed, the gas line on test using a small pressure gauge with min 3x working pressure.
Plumbing Underground– Building drains properly bedded in place with open trench. Pipe material information facing up with a 10’ head of pressure.
Foundation Inspection– Formboards are set, and all beams have been excavated, wrapped with Poly, and reinforced according to the approved specifications. The foundation plans shall be emailed with the inspection request.
Framing inspection– All Framing, cornice, decking, and roof complete, before covering the rafters. Summer kitchen frame, rough plumbing and electrical in place.
Final Inspection– The building is complete and ready for occupancy, but before any personal belongings are moved in. All structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components are complete, and hot water is supplied. Appliances are not required at the time of inspection.
