Pool Inspections

Steel Inspection – Upon installation of all pool shell steel. Before shotcrete placement.

P&E Trench Inspection

• Electrical– After all electrical conduit, bonding ring, and light niches are installed and terminated at the equipment pad
• Plumbing– All water distribution and autofill lines are installed underground.  Trenches may be spot covered to avoid them floating in a chance of rain given all pipe joints are left exposed for inspection.

Final Inspection –  Pool and equipment complete. Panel boxes equipped with all pumps bonded, dead front covers installed, branch circuits labeled, gates compliant with 2018 ISPSC pool barrier requirements, alarms in place, and operable. (House alarms do not comply with 85 decibel requirement)

Re-Inspection–  Projects that are not ready for inspection when the inspector arrives, or require building code-related corrections
